Registration

Here at Dancers Edge, our regular dance season starts mid-August and continues  through our annual recital (typically early June). The registration deadline for our regular classes is January 31st. In addition to our regular season dance classes, we offer Summer classes, clinics and workshops.

Class Pricing & Information

A $45 Registration Fee is due upon registration to hold a dancer’s spot for the class(es) registering for.

These fees are non-refundable unless the class(es) are cancelled.

Once processed, the dancer is enrolled in that class until a 30-day written notice to discontinue is given to the studio, or the year end recital, whichever comes first.

How To Enroll - 2025-2026 Season

 

Classes begin August 18, 2025 and continue through our recital in early June, 2026.

(click the SUMMER tab for enrollment for Summer classes, workshops, etc.)

1. Use the ENROLL for 2025-2026 Season button below to access our studio software (Studio Pro).
     Click CREATE ACCOUNT if it is your first time logging in or SIGN IN if you have already created your Studio Pro account.
     Use your (parent/guardian) email address (one you check regularly) and your name to create an account.
     *The first time you create an account it will say “Thanks! Your request has been logged and we’ll be in contact with you as
       soon as your account is ready!”

 

2. You will receive a confirmation email with a password and login link – to validate the account email.
     Once logged in click ACCOUNT SETTINGS to set a new password you will remember.

 

3. Then click STUDENTS > Add a Student to add each of your dancer’s individually – names and ages.
     Emergency Contact should be the person AND PHONE NUMBER we call in the evening during class hours if the dancer gets sick, etc.
     Other fields are optional to complete.

 

4. All classes are at 420 Jonestown Rd. (Suite R) Winston-Salem, NC.

 

5. Select all classes you want to enroll in. (For multiple dancers you can select the class by dancer).

 

6. Click Next Step and repeat for as many dancers and classes as you need to enroll in.

 

7. CONFIRM the classes you selected for each dancer.
    **PLEASE NOTE: we will REMOVE dancers from any classes selected that are NOT in their appropriate age range.

 

8. Pay the Registration Fee ($45 for 1st dancer, discounted for each additional dancer enrolling).
     It will also charge you 1/2 month’s tuition for August upon enrollment.

 

9. You will receive a WELCOME EMAIL which will include a lot of important information for the season.
    This email will include an ATTACHMENT that has all Shoe & Attire requirements by class.

 

10. You must give a 30-day WRITTEN notice to unenroll from any classes. Until that time, you are responsible for all fees associated with that class.

Ways to enroll in person…

All registration is done online. However, if you need help enrolling you can come to our Open House in August to enroll in person and we can help you enroll on our computer in the studio.

You can also stop by during our Summer Classes Tuesday & Thursday nights in July from 5:45-7:45pm and our staff can assist you.

(*please note some classes are typically FULL by Open House dates!)

Please see our Calendar for details on registration deadlines and summer workshops. As many of our classes quickly end up with a waiting list, we suggest registering for dance classes as soon as possible to secure your spot!
