Madison Carter

Growing up in the dance studio, Madison quickly learned that dance was not only her passion but also her outlet and a creative way to express the myriad of emotions we face in life. She began dancing at age two and started competing at age six, training in lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, tap and ballet.

Madison has trained with some of the best instructors and choreographers in the industry including Mia Michaels, Kenny Wormald, Brian Friedman, Teddy Forance, Allain Lupien, Janelle Ginestra, Kentrell Newton, Briar Nolet and Dena Rizzo to name a few.

In high school, Madison was co-captain of her high school dance team and a member of the National Dance Honor Society, where she was chosen as their choreographer. She began assisting dance classes and summer camps at the age of 14, and it was then that the studio noticed her special connection with young dancers and how quickly they took to Madison in the classroom.

She graduated from High Point University with her Bachelor of Arts (minoring in Dance) and her Master of Arts in Communication and Business Leadership. Madison’s unique and engaging choreography has won numerous state and regional recognition and awards, including several top choreography awards for the entire competition her routines attended.

We are excited for Madison to share her passion for dance and unique ability to connect with her students!
