Lauren Hummel

Lauren Hummel is an award-winning choreographer and dancer based in Charlotte, NC. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Dance from SUNY Geneseo. Lauren travels all over the country teaching contemporary and contemporary-fusion primarily. She works as part of Encore Dance Competitions’ Dream Team and works with Encore Extreme Dance Convention and Quest Intensive as both a director and choreographer. She is also a regional director for Encore as well as an adjudicator. Lauren’s work has received numerous overall and “Best in Category” awards throughout the country at the regional and national level, including at Revel Dance Convention, NUVO and Hall of Fame dance challenge. Dancers Edge is excited to bring Lauren’s unique an innovative style to our classrooms!
