Greyson Davis

Greyson began his dance training at the age of two at Center Stage Dance Company in China Grove, NC. During that time, he received training in all forms of dance from his mother, Scottie Davis, and teachers, Sandy and Sydney Overcash. At the age of 14, he began his focus on tap, receiving instruction and choreography from tap guru Jason Janas.  After attending college at NC State University, he began developing his own artistic direction, focusing on the rhythmic side of tap. Greyson uses a variety of music styles to accompany his understated and smooth style. He also works for Applause Talent and is a contributor to #bringtaptothepeople tap tutorials. #bringtaptothepeople founder Kaelyn Gray called his feet “impeccably clean” and she and others have raved about his tap style and students, frequently using the words “blew me away”.

Greyson is in high demand lately and also teaches and does choreography for studios through North Carolina and the southeast.  He has received numerous awards from the top competitions in the country including choreography, direction, and technique awards. Dancers Edge is excited to incorporate Greyson’s unique style and approach to into our program!
