Cori grew up in Kernersville where she began dancing as a little girl and competing at the age of six. She continued to dance all the way through high school training in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, hip hop and tap.
In college she danced for the Appalachian State University dance team, where she was co-captain. She graduated from ASU with a degree in Communications and a minor in Dance. Cori also cheered professionally for the NFL Carolina Panthers as a TopCat cheerleader for two years.
Dance has always been such a big part of Cori’s life! She has taught students from ages 2-16 and used it as a foundation for her health and fitness coaching. Cori is excited to be back at her home studio – Dancers Edge!
