Cameron Corbett

Cameron Corbett is originally from Wilmington NC. She is a UNC Charlotte alumni, where she studied Dance Performance Choreography and Theory, as well as Communication Studies. Cameron has performed on the collegiate level with the UNCC Gold Dusters, the dance team for UNCC performing at football/basketball games, and in Daytona for NDA Nationals. While residing in Charlotte she taught at two different competitive studios, teaching choreography and technique. She has also taught at her home studio in Wilmington, Evolution Dance Complex. There she taught numerous classes, set choreography, and traveled with her studio to competitions where she took various classes with professionals to continue her dance education.

Cameron also has theater experience performing in shows with Opera House Theater Company such as: “Hairspray”, “Kiss Me Kate”, “Oklahoma” and “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way To The Forum”. Cameron is very dedicated to expanding her mind so that she is able to teach her students to the best of her ability, as well as pour herself into various works to share the education and love for dance to others. She enjoys teaching technique, jazz, musical theater, strength/stretch, acro, lyrical, and contemporary. Cameron is very excited to be able to help shape the young dancers of tomorrow!
