Ashley Rogers is a professional dancer and full time dance teacher and choreographer for Dancers Edge. She grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and began her training at a very young age. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts majoring in ballet and modern dance, and also trained and competed with Dancers Edge for numerous years studying jazz, hip hop, ballet, contemporary, and tap.
At 18, she moved to Los Angeles where she began her professional dance career. Since then, she has worked professionally in LA, New York, Atlanta, Canada, Las Vegas, Nashville, Asia, and Australia. She has worked under the direction of Bloc Talent Agency, Go 2 Talent Agency, and is now signed with Xcel Talent Agency out of Atlanta, GA.
She has had experience working on television shows, movies, commercials, professional dance companies, tours, theme parks, high schools, and other studios in Los Angeles, Florida, and North Carolina.
Some of her credits include, Tyler Farr, Barbie, Sephora, Mashup Contemporary Dance Company, Vitamin Water, Manny Pacquiao, Brothers and Sisters, and Debby Gibson, just to name a few.
Ashley loves teaching and continues to train and educate herself. Through teaching, she hopes to share with others what she has learned and experienced so that they may understand the same love and passion she has for dance.
