Allison danced under Blanche Ravenel for 9 years with a concentration in ballet, and she has cheer and dance team experience, as well as performing roles in theater and music videos.
In addition to her education as a trainer and fitness coach, she is a certified life and nutrition coach. She is an athletic competitor in the National Physique Committee and is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and well being with others.
She loves her family life and spending her summers on the boat with her husband and two kids. She is an avid wakeboarder and surfer. Her other hobbies include: reading, being outdoors, shopping, and simply enjoying time with her family and friends.
