Ashley has been a resident of Winston Salem for almost 25 years.
She started dancing at the age of four, and started competing at
the age of eight.

Through the years dance has truly became a passion as well as a talent.
She studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop and modern. During her twelve
years as a competitive dancer, she won numerous regional, state
and national titles.

She was on the first competition team at Dancers EDGE, and has taught a
variety of ages and styles for the studio over the years. Ashley has done
advanced training and studied under the likes of Darren Hinson, Dena Rizzo,
Geo Hubula, and Charissa Seamen, among others.

Her unique ability to teach children to be expressive in their own creative
way and love for her students is truly an asset to the dancers she teaches!
She loves to see the excitement of children learning new things and
believes that “to dance is to share - to share is to teach.”
