Dena Rizzo is a renowned Hip Hop dancer and choreographer. She has
become one of America's supreme names in the dance world.
Dena has worked with MTV and VH-1 and has produced four of her own
instructional Hip Hop videos. Based out of New York, Dena travels the country
educating students in the art of Hip Hop and Breakdancing. She is on
the
faculty at
Showstoppers, Dance Makers, and has worked with
Darrin Henson's
Dance Groove Tour.
Dena was a featured dancer in the move "Black Knight" with Martin
Lawrence, and has worked with industry giants such as Wade Robeson,
Dave Scott, Brian Friedman, Geo Hubela, Paula Abdul and many other
choreographers. Her work can be seen in music videos, commercials, theatre
productions and was even featured in Dance Spirit magazine.
Dena's goal is to educate students in the true art form and
culture that surrounds Hip Hop.
