PHOTOGRAPHS
All photographs must be taken on a solid white or solid black background and must be submitted in JPEG format, one picture only. Photos must be tasteful. Dancers Edge has the right to refuse any photograph it deems inappropriate for any reason. Photos submitted must be no larger than 1 MB in size. Since Dancers Edge has no way of obtaining photo releases, pictures may not show the face of any individual.

Text can be typed into the email, or can be sent as a Word (.doc) attachment. Dancers Edge has the right to edit text for consistency and appropriateness as Dancers Edge deems necessary.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Ads should be submitted to classifieds@dancersedge.com.

The initial contact must include your real first and last name, day and evening contact info, email address, and address. This information will not be published, but no advertisement will be accepted without this information on file. No ads will be accepted anonymously or with missing information.

Corrections or changes to your ad, once placed, must be sent to the same email address, with specific details regarding EDITING an EXISTING AD.

Ad rates are good for 30 days. All ads will have an expiration date at the bottom of the ad, and the ad will be removed from the site as early as midnight on that date.

Ad rates are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid.

If you wish to remove an ad once it is placed please email classifieds@dancersedge.com.

Dancers Edge accepts no responsibility for claims of any kind resulting from the placement or acceptance of any advertising on this website.

Dancers Edge assumes that all information submitted is accurate and posts such advertising in “good faith” of such.

Dancers Edge is not responsible for faulty, unsafe, or misrepresented goods or services posted on this site.

Dancers Edge is not responsible for any communications resulting from an advertisement placed on this site, whether in writing, verbal, or face to face.

As with any transaction, BUYER and SELLER BEWARE.

Dancers Edge assumes no risk or responsibility associated with any item listed on its website.

Dancers Edge has the right to edit, remove, deny service to any advertiser, item, service or ad at its own discretion.

Dancers Edge will not accept advertisements for the following:

-Donation requests
-Solicitations of any kind not directly related to Dancers Edge
-Competing website or companies
-Endorsements
-File sharing or piracy
-Host families for exchange students

-Monetary requests for fundraising, money transfers, etc.
-Personal Ads not directly related to Dancers Edge
-Personal correspondence, opinions, or expressions
-Replies to other ads, posters, or individuals
-Any product or service which is blatantly misrepresented
-Advertisements for tobacco, alcohol, or drugs
-Advertisements for any illegal product or service
-Advertisements containing weapons of any sort
-Lewd, pornographic, violent, threatening, indecent, obscene, abusive, or harassing material
-Material which Dancers Edge deems offensive – including images and language

This is a partial list, subject to change. Dancers Edge reserves the right to reject any ad at its sole discretion. If an ad is rejected, no fees will be collected.

Persons posting advertisements on Dancers Edge’s website are solely responsible for the information provided – and accuracy of such.

The harvesting or collection of names, e-mail addresses or other identifying information from other participants or outside persons or businesses or any other use of this forum is strictly prohibited, and any individual or company who does such may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Dancers Edge will not sell or publish any personal information provided by any individual or company as part of an advertisement, except for information as noted to be published on the Classifieds page.

Advertisements must be paid in full at either Dancers Edge location (or by mailing payment to Dancers Edge, 5912 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106.) Any payment under $10 must be in the form of cash. Cash or checks only accepted for any advertising which totals $11 or more. Sorry, no credit cards accepted for advertising fees.
