November 21, 22, 23, 24 -- Studio CLOSED – Holiday (Wed-Sat)

DECEMBER 2012

December 1 -- Costume Deposit Due With Tuition – one half of recital costumes (non-refundable)

December 19 - January 1 -- Studio CLOSED – Holiday Break

JANUARY 2013

January 2 -- Classes Resume from Holiday Break (Tues.)

January 21 -- Recital Theme Announced & Pictures of Recital Costumes Posted at each location

FEBRUARY 2013

February 1-7 -- Cameras/TVs Turned On – Observation Week

February 5 -- Cutoff for Late Enrollment and Recital Costume Orders

MARCH 2013

March 1-7-- Cameras/TVs Turned On – Observation Week - (last Observation Week)

March 18-- Ad Sales/Good Luck Wishes for all dancers in the Recital Program Begin

March 25-31 -- Studio CLOSED – Spring Break

APRIL 2013

April 20-- Ad Sales and Good Luck Wishes for Recital Program Due

April 22-27 -- Class Pictures Made at Dancers Edge**
**PLEASE NOTE class pictures are NOT made during class times
(specific schedules for each class will be posted in early April)

MAY 2013

May 24 -- $40 recital fee per dancer is due (all regular classes) – no June Tuition due
Note: Recital Fee must be paid in order to receive your recital tickets, etc

May 27-31 -- Dress Rehearsals for Recitals – ALL CLASSES (specific schedules given out in May)
Each regular class will only be required to attend one night of rehearsals

May 31 (Friday) -- 7pm Recital at Williams Auditorium at WSSU*
* Which recital each class is in is posted in mid-January

JUNE 2013

June 1 (Saturday) -- 10am / 2pm / 6pm Recitals at Williams Auditorium at WSSU*
* Which recital each class is in is posted in mid-January

NOTE: Any time the studio is closed due to inclement weather it will be posted on the "LATEST
CLOSING AND DELAYS" Tab on the Dancers Edge website. and on WXII television's website.

Please make sure you go to their website and sign up for an alert that can be sent to your cell phone
and/or email address anytime Dancers Edge closes, as sometimes – when there is an abundance of
closings – WXII does not run all of its business closings at the bottom of the television screen.
